What is the warranty on Herman Miller products?

Most of our performance seating and furniture comes with a 12-year warranty that covers parts and labor, ensuring your investment is protected for over a decade.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

In-stock items typically ship within 1 to 3 business days. Custom-built or 'made-to-order' pieces have specific lead times displayed on the product page, often ranging from 4 to 8 weeks.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in new condition. Please note that a 10% restocking fee may apply to certain large furniture items.

Do you offer professional assembly services?

Many of our chairs ship fully assembled. For larger desks and lounge pieces, we offer White Glove Delivery which includes premium shipping, in-home assembly, and removal of all packaging materials.

Are your products authentic originals?

Yes, every item sold on our store is an authentic Herman Miller product, manufactured to the exact specifications of the original designers and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity where applicable.

How can I track my delivery status?

Once your order has left our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link. You can also monitor your status through the 'Order History' section of your account.
