We want you to love your home office and furniture investments, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original condition. Please note that a 10% restocking fee applies to certain furniture items and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process.

• 2.
  Prepare the Item

  Carefully disassemble the product if necessary and pack it in its original packaging to ensure it is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid FedEx shipping label provided via our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized FedEx location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 10-15 business days.
